At the gates of Perugia, in a marginal environment, where the plain is dotted with villas, residual farmhouses, interspersed with green marks, the elegant volume of the “Citadella dell’Edilizia rises hermetically. The just completed building, houses the offices of the joint building for construction in the province of Perugia, where we can find the Building Center for Safety and Training and the Cassa Edile. The new building combines urban identity, architectural quality, with an innovative prerogative of energy efficiency and low costs, placing itself as manifesto for wildlife and builders as well as privileged visitors to the “Citadel of Construction”.

HOF was born from HOF Associati, founded by Paolo Belardi and Alessia Burini in 1986, and is divided into HOFLAB (Paolo Belardi, Simone Bori, Matteo Scoccia, Carl Volckerts) e HOFPRO (Roberto Baliani, Alessio Burini). HOF collects research, design and construction experience from its components and with an experimental approach to the themes and language of contemporary architecture.
