In the Labico park, immersed in the green landscape of the countryside around Rome, is the Antonello Colonna Resort & Spa, designed by architects Aniello/Tasca. They were commissioned by award-winning celebrity chef Antonello Colonna to create a haven dedicated to fine food and relaxation. The building sits well in the unusual context following the curved line of the terrain, and in spite of its strict sober design, based on the geometry and construction materials. The complex is almost hidden in the rural landscape of Labico, light, silence, vast windows, and clean structural lines are the elements that allow the building and guests to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings. The sobriety of the construction and the possibility of enjoying the building as a whole add to the unquestionable atmosphere of a complex dedicated to well-being: the pleasure of feeling completely at ease.

The monographic volume, is available in a bilingual Italian/English version and features a complete description of the work through photographs and drawings, along with technical summaries and explanatory texts, to assure an accurate reading of the project. The description of the project is introduced by a critic essay by Laura Andreini. A section with biographic and bibliographic information, along with a brief summary of the works, provides an overview of the research and design activities conducted by the firm.
