The project treats the restoration of a building located on the outer edge of the old city centre of Rome (in the heart of the so-called Liberty area), and the redesign, in a contemporary key, of the two upper floors of the building, which have been turned into a large private dwelling.
The monograph, in a bilingual edition Italian/English, presents a complete description of the work, through a technical card and a esplicative text that with photographs and technical drawings allow a further reading of the project.
Enrich the volume an introductory essay by Giampiero Sanguigni, and a presentation about the activities of the study, through bio-bibliographycal notes, and a brief list of the works.

-scape was created on the initiative of Ludovica Di Falco (Naples, 1975), Francesco Marinelli (Rome, 1975) and Paolo Mezzalama (Rome, 1975). The initial idea was concretized in February 2004. Alessandro Cambi (Siena, 1976), joined the firm as the fourth partner in January 2005. The analysis and development of an architectural research that considers every aspect (from the land-scape to the city-scape) of all the relevant contexts, physical or abstracts, has made the –scape firm focus on projects characterized by their great variety and diversity in terms of nature, dimension and location.
