The book illustrates the extensive design and construction work carried out by the Arassociati architectural firm in Milan over the past twenty years.
The firm has mainly focussed its work within the Milan urban fabric, with a wide range of projects of different types and dimensions: residential, hospitality sector, as well as projects on an urban scale, often in prestigious historic buildings, and restructuring urban voids left unresolved following the last war.
These projects in the historical heart of the city are counterbalanced by interventions in the new areas of Milan which is undergoing transformation to form a multicentric metropolis. The result is an enterprise based on a deeply rooted knowledge of the city and its history, sensitive to the context and stratification over time, allowing the firm to retrace and map out the large-scale transformations that have changed and are still changing the face of Milan, placing it among some of the most important attraction hubs in the world.
