This volume is presented in the form of a handbook or manual for exploring the potential uses of glass in architecture.

Through analyses of several contemporary study cases, illustrated with images and construction drawings, the text investigates the state of the art in relation to projects made OF glass and projects made WITH glass. The works will describe the creative opportunities that can be obtained with curving, colouring, lighting, and shaping, on one hand, and on the other, the functional and constructive possibilities with applications used to protect, determine, sustain and enhance.
